3. Payment Terms
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. One-time packages are billed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP).
4. Cancellation Policy
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time packages are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to necessary accounts and platforms. Delays in client response may affect service delivery timelines.
6. Results Disclaimer
While we use proven strategies and best practices, SEO results can vary based on many factors including competition, industry, and search engine algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers.
7. Intellectual Property
Content created for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment. Ai4SEO retains the right to use anonymized case studies and results for marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ai4SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
